Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I've had this HP Model 24 AIO (OS 11H6) for over a year and ever since, most of the websites are too large.  I am unable to see buttons to respond or access because they are out of range or off the screen. I'm surprised I can see the button to post this.  Changing the font size and display resolution to1600 x 900 (default is 1920 x 1080) does not help.  Is this unique to HP?  is there anyone that knows how to resolve this?

Please try the following way first

 

  Hold down Ctrl key and hit minus (-) key few times.
