Does my PC have DP Alt Mode, and if so how do I get it to work?

I'm trying to use my old all-in-one desktop as an external monitor (there's no HDMI or VGA input port), but it does have a USB C port. Is there any way to tell if I can turn on DP Alt Mode, and how I use it if so? Thanks.
