Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just installed a video card on my HP Elitedesk 800. I went into the BIOS to enable duel monitor, but this option is not available. There is one option for VGA but this only allows to set which one will be your primary monitor and does not allow to set the second. I can only display the monitors individually and not concurrently. The windows does not detect any other monitors even though I clicked on detect. Unless it is enabled on the BIOS the system will not recognise. Can you help me, so that the system will recognise both monitors. Thank you..
