How do I open the door on the backside of my PC?

One of these videos may be helpful.

 


Before touching any component inside a PC you should touch the metal case first to allow any static electric to discharge.  If you do not have the proper surface for working on electronic equipment, then use an anti-static spray around the work area.

 

I assume you want to clean your AIO and using an air duster in the vent was not helpful.  Let me know is there is some other problem.
