I'm on Windows 11 and am trying to update my Intel GFX 630 driver. I cannot find a current driver on the HP site. Intel has the current driver, however it will not install.  I get the error message "Your system has a driver that is locked to manufacturer specifications. Please try downloading the latest driver from the manufacturer's website to update." Does anyone have a workaround for this? Thank you.

Hi:

 

Please see my knowledge base article at the link below for how to manually update the Intel graphics driver to the latest version on the Intel website.

 

Updating the Latest HD Graphics Driver from Intel...Skylake,... - HP Support Community - 7185608

 

There is a slight change with the newest driver from what I wrote in the above link.

 

There are now two graphics driver folders inside the main file folder.

 

The folder you need to use for your PC's graphics adapter is the one labeled Graphics Gen9 Gen11.
