Product: HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible PC 14-dy0000 (23S36AV)

My touch pad is not working since 1 month and I've tried all the ways like reset my device, updating and uninstalling the driver but still its not working. As you can see in the image the I2C HID Device has some problem and I've uninstalled this driver and updated and tried all the ways but still the same result. Please help me in this. 1.png
