Dear concerned
i am using HP Prodesk 600 G1 SFF since 2016 as my official PC. Now for my desk job i need to install a 2nd monitor using the same PC. i tried several converters to do this but failed. lastly i got a digital port to VGA converter and it worked!!!
but the problem is both the monitors are showing same things i can and my system also showing that there is only one monitor.
can u tell me how can i separate the two monitor that means system will show that there is two monitor attached to my machine and both can do separate job.
regards,
nimon

Here is a support manual for that PC
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04331099
On page 6 Chapter 1, it shows the back connections for most items and for monitors. There are two Display ports and one VGA. I have to assume the main monitor is connected to one of the display ports and this second monitor is connected to the VGA port, correct?
If "Yes" then right click on a empty spot of the desktop and then pick "Display settings"
Then pick "Detect" under the Muliple monitors
