HP Monitors 24es
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. So I just bought these two identical monitors in a two-pack from Costco and they display differently. Both settings are identical. One is connected VGA the other HDMI, I switched them to see if that might be the issue but it's not.

Anything I can do here or do I need to return them and try again with another two pack?

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

I appreciate all your efforts in diagnosing this issue

Does that particular monitor show the same display when you connect it individually to the VGA or HDMI?

If display remains the same when you connect it stand alone to the VGA or HDMI, then it is an issue with the monitor and I suggest you get it replaced from Costco

Thank you and have a great day 😊

Yes, the display is the same with HDM I or VGA.  Seems like such a waste to have to return both monitors because one of them doesn't work properly. You'd think if you're packaging them together in a two-pack you'd test them side by side before putting them in the box.

This combo offer is from Costco and since you just purchased it you can always get it exchanged at Costco
