Product: HP EliteOne 800 G2 - E240C
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 Have a eliteone 800 g2 with additional hp E240c monitor.

Want a setup with dual monitor, but no detection of the E240c.

Have followed the installation guidelines from the E240c and connected with the displayport cable on both machines but no additional monitor detected. 

 

Graphics intel hd graphics 530 has factory special driver. Looked if driver should be updated, but no driver was found to update this config specific driver.

 

Who can help me out why it doesn't work.

 

Posted to support team but no respons after 3 days , so hope this forum can help me out.
