Product: Envy 23
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an HP Envy 23-D038c, which has an HDMI In port but no HDMI-In button on the monitor. On connecting the HDMI cable to my laptop, the Envy 23 does not automatically work as a second screen(displays no automatic instructions to do so either). Also, there is no HDMI-IN button on any part of the monitor.
How can I extend this as a second screen ?

The specs of your machine is:
It does have HDMI-in port. You can control it using a button on the right hand side
Note: It is designed for game consoles. It may not work for a computer.
Regards.
