Similar problem with Windows 10 v1903. Hello Webcam Driver not functional. Additionally HP download of Realtec IR driver corrupts and disables viewing camera as well. A clean download of Windows 10 does not solve the problem. Conflict with v1903 requires a newer driver for both functions....Hello and Viewing. Are new drivers forthcoming?
