Product: HP ENVY Desktop TE01-2250xt CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just set up a brand new Envy PC and when I play videos, youtube, tiktok, there is a delay for the video to start. The audio works fine, but the video does not start for a few seconds.  Looking for help
