Hello,

I have an HP Z24q G3 monitor, and unfortunately the wrong cable was included in the package – a FireWire (IEEE 1394) cable was included instead of a USB B cable.

This was disappointing, as you would expect everything to be in place with such a quality product. HP has a good reputation, but such “small flaws” do not fit the company’s brand.
I had to buy a new cable myself because I could not use my monitor as intended.

I hope you take my feedback seriously and review the packaging process.
It would be fair for the customer to receive exactly the cable that is promised in the instructions and product description – and not have to deal with packaging errors yourself.
