hp Ae008tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, i am currently using a Hp Ae008tx  that has specs like  :

16GB RAM

i 7 processor

Nvidia 950M 4GB GTX GEFORCE

2 Tb HDD n all

but i face a lot of lag while playing games, specially with Counter Strike :  Global Offensive ( CSGO )

while other lower cost laptops with intel hd default gup gives 160-140 Fps

i am nowadays getting 16-25 fps, while sometimes drops down to 9 fps....

its literally unplayable....

i have tried every solution on youtube n also shown the laptop in service centre, they simply ran a hardware test n sent me off saying all is good

n no one understands what FPS is when i start elaborating my problem 😞

someone please help :'(

Hello,

I browsed the steam community forums and noticed a few reports stating that the game ran smoother after un-installing and re-installing the game.

After that, you could also try un-installing both video graphic drivers and then restarting to see if that solves anything. (Windows 10 re-installs drivers automatically)

Lastly, you could use the nvidia command center to tell the PC to use the dedicated card when running csgo.

Other than all that, make sure to play on servers closest to your location.

Good luck
