Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-d0209

Hi HP Community,

When I turned on my PC today, facial recognition was disabled. I don't recall having created a PIN, and the computer didn't recognize my 'challenge question'. After a few false tries at various PINs and challenge questions, I was prompted to type A1B2C3 to reset the login page and keep trying. No option was provided to create/reset the PIN or challenge question. Looking for help understanding what's going on and how to fix. Thx!!
