Product: HP Series 5 Pro 23.8 inch FHD USB-C Conferencing Monitor - 524pm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello togehter, 

i´m getting the following error updating the firmware of my Pro 524 PM bought yesterday directly by HP Germany. 

Tried it with a Elitebook G11 and a Firefly G10 connected with USB-C and getting always that error attached in the screenshot. Does somebody know how to fix it?
