After a Windows 11 Update recently  my wife's HP Pavillion started the screen flashing after wakeing up from either Sleep or hibernation.  A forced shutdown and reboot was the only way to fix it.  I got a tip from this support function which suggested deleting and reinstalling the video driver directly from the Intel Support site.  It worked.  This is the link for this site... https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html   It checks for all available driver updates for your machine.
