Hi:

 

it shows right on the label...180W MAX.

 

Your PC has the 180W power supply.

 

You need the 300W power supply to add a graphics card.

Yes. 

 

Page 77 of the specs page I posted yesterday shows a 300W power supply is available.

 

If you look at the parts list for a select 400 G3 MT, it has the part number for the 300W power supply...

 

HP part # 759766-001
300W power supply unit (PSU) - ATX form factor, Gamay-S, Energy Star 5.0 rated
