Games deploy to long

I bought Omen 24, If I set the refresh rate to more than 60 Hz, a black screen appears when expanding and collapsing games. Usually, this process takes less than 1 second, but when the refresh rate is high, this process takes 4-5 seconds. I open the game, I already hear the sounds, I can control the character, but I don't see the picture, and then after a few seconds it appears, the same way when you collapse - collapsed, a black screen for a few seconds and the picture appears. How to fix it?
The monitor is connected via HDMI (it does not see the connection via Display Port (idk why ☹️)), the drivers for the GPU and the monitor were updated.😪
