My desktop has been working fine for over one year, but recently it stopped working on games that it used to run without problems. When I go into a game that needs some 3D experience (FIFA22, Planet Zoo, ...) the screen turns black (no signal), the audio stops and the only way forward is a hard shut down of the desktop by pressing the power button long enough. I have updated all drivers, I have tested those games in Windows 10 and 11 but nothing works. Fur all other applications that do not need the GPU (Excel, Youtube, browsing) the desktop still works perfectly.
I have sent it out for repair and got it back after three weeks, but the problem is not solved at all. I am reluctant to just send it out again the same way. The product has a 2 year warranty that is not yet expired (bought it in February 2021 by coolblue.be) so I am entitled to a working product.
Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-1xxx
Product number: 1G9S2EA#ABH
I would like to have your advise on a solution.
