Get help with my PC and case number (Edited)

I submitted a case number for my pc whose screen is blotchy with splotches and lines going through it.  My case number is (edited).  Do I just take it to a random repair shop.  How do I get this problem fixed.

No, do not take it to a random repair shop.

Since you already have an HP case number (Edited), the repair needs to go through HP so your warranty (if active) is protected and the repair is done correctly.

Contact HP using your case number

Use one of these official methods (don’t create a new case):

• HP Support website → Sign in → My support cases

• Or HP phone/chat support and give them:
  Case #

HP support will further assist you with a resolution.
