I have this HP Gaming Computer. I am using for AVID MEDIA COMPOSER FIRST.
32g Ram
Graphics Card Radeon RX 6600 xt
When doing some of the effects like Titles it wants to freeze up.
Would a better Graphics Card Help?

Absolutely. Assuming you got a 500-watt power supply, you would be seeing a huge boost in graphics performance and graphics stability with an RTX 4060 Ti compared with your RX 6600 XT.
I would recommend a smaller-sized (two-fan) model, such as this example powered by a single 8-pin PCIe power cable.
