HP 840 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am facing a severe problem on my HP 840 G5 since a few days. First I was unable to run my laptop with the intel UHD graphics. Whenever I tried using the laptop with driver installed screen would flicker, glitches and intermittent display problem. Laptop gives a blue screen error which is "Video TDR Failure. What failed: igdkmd64.sys" but after so many tries finally laptop started working but now it has graphic problem in which It does not play any video properly on any platform like youtube, netflix and even videos on my local disk glitches, blurs when I try playing them. and sometime there a gray shapes on random parts of my screen on and off.

Try the latest driver for your Intel 620**

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp147001-147500/sp147252.exe

If the driver does not improve performance you might want to read the following

** You mentioned UHD which is only found on the intel CPUs 8xxx.    The 7xxx are only HD quality.  I assume you have the better CPUs
