HP Recommended

I have just unpacked a Hp 27-ca1003na

should be excited but had my first zoom meeting looking like the hulk. 
can anyone tell me what to do. 
i have a well lit room so it’s not about poor background lighting but my tutor said I look green. 
it’s brand new out of the box so I’ve not changed any settings.
