Product: HP PAVILION XA0024

Hi! I hope somebody can help me. I just bought my HP PAVILLION ALL IN ONE PC 23.8 I watched the video on youtube how to set it up and when I turned it ON...I am getting an error "CHECK HDMI IN CABLE". I tried to unplug it and put back in but still the same. Does anybody experience this, what did u do? Thank u in advance for helping.

What is your machine ? Is it on the following list ?

 

  • HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-xa0024ur
  • HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-xa0024ng
  • HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-xa0024ny
  • HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-xa0024ns
  • HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-xa0024nw

Do you know what is the HDMI port on your machine ? Is it an IN or OUT port ? You can't use external monitor on HDMI IN port.

I resolved it on my own. I got the 23.8 all in one & I click the wrong button for power ON/OFF. I saw the power on/off on the other side. Thank u for taking your time to answer & give help. Aprreciate it!
