Product: HP Envy23
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After upgrading to Windows 10,  the button used to display the HDMI in no longer functions on my HP Envy 23. Are their any driver or fixes which will resolve this issue.

Hi:

 

What is the full model number or product number of your PC?

 

The product number can be found on the same label as the serial number.

 

Please do not post the serial number.

 

From the info you posted, it sounds to me that the graphics driver is not installed.

 

If you go to the device manager, click to expand the display adapters device manager category, and you see a Microsoft Basic Display Adapter listed there, then that is why the HDMI port isn't working.
