Product: AMD Radeon HD6570
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When I connect a second monitor using HDMI to my AMD Radeon HD 6570 card, my main screen goes blank. As soon as I unplug the HDMI connection the main screen returns. I am trying to hook up the HDMI to my TV.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the display on the screen goes blank when you connect the computer to your TV.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the exact model for your computer?

 

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
