Hi @Janis_Dii,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To troubleshoot the HDMI In connection issue on your HP Pavilion All-in-One 24, follow these steps.
Check Connections
- Ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the PS5 and the HDMI In port on the All-in-One.
- Try using a different HDMI cable to rule out a faulty cable.
Switch Input Source
- On your HP Pavilion All-in-One, press the Input button on the remote control or the Input option on the screen to switch to HDMI In.
- Make sure that you select the correct HDMI input option.
Power Cycle the Devices
- Turn off your HP Pavilion All-in-One and your PS5.
- Unplug them from the power source for a few minutes.
- Plug them back in and power them on.
Test with Another Device
- Connect a different device (like a DVD player or another console) to the HDMI In port to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the PS5 or the All-in-One.
Check Display Settings on PS5
- On the PS5, go to Settings > Screen and Video and check the HDMI settings to ensure it's set to output video correctly.
Update Drivers
- Ensure that your HP Pavilion All-in-One is running the latest version of Windows and that all drivers are up to date. You can do this by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
