EliteDisplay E221c
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I recently upgraded my laptop and I'm trying to connect it to my EliteDisplay E221c monitor. Everything works fine when I use my old laptop with a DisplayPort connected to the DisplayPort from my EliteDisplay E221c monitor; however no luck when trying to connect a HDMI laptop to my monitor's DisplayPort. I have tried with three different laptops with HDMI port only and no luck: Dell, Lenovo and HP.

I have tried with DisplayPort to HDMI cable ready for 4K ultra HD but no luck. Only thing I get is "No Signal"

My monitor has DisplayPort, DVI and VGA, however my laptops have HDMI only.

Hi,

The EliteDisplay E221c is only a 1080P monitor so 4K if that is the resolution that you are trying to use then it's not going to work.

A HDMI to DVD-D adapter might work but without sound support for 1080P resolution.
