Below is the link to the specs for your PC.
The back ports show a DVI and a HDMI port.
I assume that you have a VGA cable right now (one with a blue connector)?
If your monitor has a DVI port (most LCD monitors do have a DVI connection), you should get a DVI cable, and use the DVI port.

Make sure you get a DVI-D cable like this one...

You just click on that white thumbs up button.
Make sure the cable you get is a DVD-D to VGA cable.
You have an analog monitor (VGA) and the DVI-D connector in the back of your new PC is digital.
There are some DVI cables that have 4 little pins that surround the sideways bar on the DVD port.
Needless to say, that kind of cable (DVI-I) won't work, because your PC doesn't have the 4 little holes around that sideways slot for the pins to go into.
