HP Recommended

Was recently given a HP 0I45T4Q desktop. Processor is AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega Graphics. It BSoD'ed so I installed Windows 10 Home on it.

I'm attempting a dual screen setup. Main screen is a Vizio 4k 40" with hdmi. Second screen is Vizio 26" LCD HD TV connected via VGA cable. If PC is powered on with just the 4k connected, then attempt to connect the hd tv, it does not recognize the hd tv. If both are connected and system restarted, the hd tv becomes primary with 4k not displaying or detected.

Drivers are up to date concerning the basic display adapters/Microsoft basic display adapter, and monitors/generic pnp monitor.

I've checked for, and installing updates to the pc now.

Any help is much appreciated.

EDIT: going to Settings/Display doesnt' even show an option for multiple displays. Pressing Win+P provides the message "Your PC can't project to another screen. Try reinstalling the driver or using a different video card".
