Product: HP Pavilion 22cwa 21.5-inch IPS LED Backlit Monitor

I have and HP 22cwa Display Mounted in Portrait orientation. Works fine with a windows computer. When switching input to a iphone hdmi or other hdmi monitor wont stay in portrait mode. Is there a way to force monitor to always be in portrait mode?

Have gone thru HP display app on computer with no luck.
