HP 22 es monitor

Hi,

  Following are my product details

 

Product Name - HP 22es monitor

Product Number - T3M70AA

Product Serial Number - [Personal Information Removed]

Here is my issue

 

1. I have powered on the monitor

2. The power led at the back of the monitor is on

3. Now I connected the monitor via HDMI to the computer.

4. But the power light on the monitor is amber and there is no display on the monitor.

Please help me out with this issue

As I Understand the monitor is powering on but doesn't have a display,

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution: 

Did you check if the monitor works on an alternate device?

Has it ever worked before or is this the first time you are turning it on?

Do you get a display when the power button is used while the monitor is not connected to the computer?

 

While you respond to that, here are a few things you need to know about your monitor:

 

1. Press the Power button on the computer to turn it on.

2. Press the Power button on the bottom of the monitor to turn it on.

 

NOTE: If pressing the Power button has no effect, the Power Button Lockout feature may be enabled.

To disable this feature, press and hold the monitor Power button for 10 seconds.
