22w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there, I bought 2 years and a half ago 2 HP 22w monitors for my desktop computer. The problem is that today, after randomly appearing some horizontal lines in one of the monitors, it just froze and slowly went to a gray screen. If I turn it off and on again, the same issue happens after 2 seconds.

I don't think it is a driver's problem since the other monitor perfectly works, and I have also tried connecting other devices to the broken monitor and the same problem arises.

I nearly spend 1 hour per day on my computer or even less, and these screens aren't even 3 years old, that's why I am surprised. Unfortunately, the guarantee ended a couple of months ago.

I hope somebody can help me.

Thank you in advance!
