Pavilion P 6000 Series/ p6633w /BT429AA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP 2310m  monitor went black recently and wouldn't connect to my HP Pavilion p6633w PC so I replaced the graphics card but I didn't get the drivers for the new nVIDIA GEFORCE GT 730 installed and my monitor is again black and unresponsive. The light will light up blue when you first attempt to power on but status shows no signal for HDMI, VGA, or DVI. It then turns orange displays message that monitor is going to sleep. Please help!

Good Day. A warm welcome to the HP community.

I reviewed the case regarding issues with the monitor. I will be delighted to assist you here.

Try connecting the monitor to another computer if you have one, and check if it works.

Re-start the computer and keep tapping F10 and check if it shows the system bios screen.

Remove the graphics card and try booting up the computer with the integrated one.

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes. 😉
