Example of discoloration 

Some shades of green and blue don't display properly. As seen in the above picture, some blues look purple. I have tried all built in settings as well as all Windows color correction settings. I have also restarted the monitor,unplugged all cables and plugged them back in, even swapping the cable port. It's not the GPU; GPU is brand new from the box and my 2nd monitor displays all colors just fine. I cannot figure out why this happens for the life of me after searching the internet.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer. 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
