Your machine is an HP Pavilion p7-1247c Desktop PC, its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c03135828
The cost of "check and fix" for a 10 years old monitor may cost more than buying a new monitor now, even the machine itself. You can buy a new monitor which has DVI or HDMI port and connect machine to new monitor because there are 2 DVI ports at the back of your machine:
- USB 2.0: 2
- S/PDIF
- DVI-D: 2
- LAN + USB 2.0: 2
- USB 3.0: 2
- Audio: Center/Subwoofer port (yellow orange)
- Audio: Rear Speaker Out port (black)
- Audio: Side Speaker Out port (gray)
- Audio: Line In port (light blue)
- Audio: Line Out port (lime)
- Audio: Microphone port (pink)
