I received a new monitor for Christmas, but the third button (assigned to Auto Adjustment) seems to be stuck. The monitor keeps saying "Auto Adjustment in Progress". When I'm able to get the menu, it scrolls through everything way too fast, making it hard to maneuver. I've tried a factory reset (which was by no means easy) but that didn't do anything. I need a monitor, so I don't want to send it into HP and spend any amount of time without one (I need it for work). And when I'm able to assign the button to Empty, the menu stays on the screen. Should I just take it back to the store and replace it with another of the same monitor? Or maybe a different one if this one's known for having problems? This is really annoying. Or does anyone have a fix for the problem?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I reviewed your post and I understand that one of the buttons on the monitor is stuck.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you contact the store and get it replaced as it is a mechanical issue.
Or else you can contact support and they will assist you in this regard.
