Hi guys:
I have a HP 24-g216 with poor resolution, I formated it and I have installed windows 10 home again and the issue is not fixed.
It is look like video drivers issue, is not. I think there is some hardware damage, but I dont have idea about what is.
Somebody can help me, pls.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I recommend you contact an external display or a TV to the computer and check whether the display is fine on the external display.
Also, check the display in BIOS.
If the issue persists in BOIS then it confirms a hardware failure and I recommend you contact support to get your computer repaired.
Here is how you can get in touch with tech support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!
Cheers!
