Product: 24es
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 My HP 24es Monitor has had the buttons stop working except for the  menu button. I have tried the reset options and nothing happen. 

 

Anyone any ideas?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Was there any damage on the menu buttons?
  • Are you able to push the menu buttons or its stuck?
  • Did you make any changes on the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?

Keep me posted for further assistance.
