Product: HP 24f 24-inch Display
I have a HP 24f display monitor whose display is not working. There is no power issue as the power led indicator shows it is on and also when I connect the display to my laptop, monitor goes from completely black to dimly lit. Power indicator also goes from yellow to white when connected. But there is no display on the screen.
I have checked the HDMI cable with another device, and the cable is working fine. I can't factory reset as I can't see the OSD menu. I have followed the product's page troubleshoot instruction and it did not resolve the issue.
Any help would be appreciated!
