Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I been using this display for 1 year and 4 months, suddenly an horizontal black line appeared, I checked my Laptop (which is an HP also) and graphic card seems to be OK (I used another monitor by HDMI cable, same as the HP 24fw display and there is no black line) I have to say that I never hit this display, I been using this with an electrical regulator always,

 

 

Do you have any comment to me?
