Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whenever the electricity comes back on after a power outage, I have difficulty getting power from my HP 2511 X monitor. I sometimes reset by disconnecting the power and restarting the computer, I do a variety of things and some kind of way magically the monitors power turns on. Does anyone know what may be causing this sort of an issue. If so does anyone have suggestions on how to fix this issue.
