Product: HP 2511X
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 2511x power adapter, is it 12 V or 19 V? the sticker says  19 V @ 2.63A and manual says 12 V.

And also it would be great to the know pin type and dimensions.

 

Sticker on the monitor, (Someone removed the pic, I guessed it was bcz of serial#, I have removed the serial # now )

Tech support says 12V, can someone comment on why the sticker on the product says 19V?
Does it support both?

It would really be nice to get more than a one-word answer and some confidence in this? Do you have a product working with 12V at your end?
