Hello I purchased this Envy Desk top that INCLUDED this monitor last june. The warranty Checker stated my desktop is in warranty but the monitor isnt. Not sure how that is. long story short the bezel adhesive is seperating in the top right hand corner. Can this monitor be repaired or replaced?

@HURLEY11 Did the bezel adhesive separate from the upper right of the monitor after a physical impact or accidental damage?
- If yes, there could be charges involved to get the device repaired regardless of the warranty status.
- If no, and the warranty is showing incorrectly, please click here to check the warranty status and claim a dispute to get that fixed.

Funny you should suggest that. I tried that last night and the little virtual agent but I bought the monitor in a combo pack from samsclub. And no to the physical damage it looks like the adhesive just failed....
