Hello,

The HP 27er 27-inch Display monitor that I bought in December has had a thick gray/purple vertical line down the middle for a few weeks now. I've tried the factory reset, plugged into a different computer and unplugged and replugged with no luck. What else can I do so that I have a functioning display again?

If the monitor shows this same visual artifact even when plugged into different PCs, that indicates a hardware fault of the monitor and that it is failing.
