Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have two monitors connected to my Dell XPS desktop via HDMI. No sound is coming out of the speakers on the Monitor and under "Playback Devices" the Monitors are not showing up either. What could be issue?

Hi:

It does not come with a built in speaker system.

You'll have to connect a pair of PC speakers to your PC's audio out port for sound if you have not done so already.
