HP 27es
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem with my power adapter to HP 27es monitor, I lost it during moving so now I'm looking for new one.
Can someone help me to choose correct size of plug connector for my HP 27es? From that what I found on web - it must be 5.5 x 2.5, but I'm not sure guys and hope someone could help me with correct size.
I attach picture so everyone could understand what I mean. Thank You for help

Hey there! @Mike707, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!

I understand you need to know the size of the power plug for your monitor.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any software or hardware changes to your monitor?

Does the issue persist when the monitor is in standalone without connected to the PC?

Please provide the product number of the monitor to assist you better.

As you mentioned you need to know the size of the power plug for your monitor.

I have checked the specifications of the monitor and the size of the power connector for the monitor is 5.5mm.

Please find the product number of the power connector listed below.
