HP Pavilion 32q 32-inch QHD Monitor

I'm suddenly getting some sort of "alarm" noise from the monitor when I run the Digital Combat Simulation software.  It's a high pitch squealing noise that only occurs when I start to fly a mission.  It started after I updated my CPU.  It only happens on the latest version of the DCS software that incorporates Nvidia Vsync technology.  The older version works fine.  Any chance it's a conflict between Nvidia and AMD technologies?  Any assistance is appreciated.

After more testing the alarm sounds when GPU use exceeds 90%.  It's coming from the monitor itself not the computer sound system.  Not sure why it just started.   Can't find any settings to disable it either.
