I have two Acer monitors attached to my computer, one via the VGA port, one via a USB port. I have been running Windows 7 for years without a problem. Today, after upgrading to Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, the VGA monitor no longer works - it strobes with crazy colors. I tried updating the Intel 4400 graphics driver, but the installation failed, with a Code 43 error. I tried installing the latest generic Intel Graphics Driver, but got an error message during installation, with no details.

I recommend you download and install HP support assistant from the below link and it will automatically download and install all the drivers available for your computer.
